You can enroll within Online Banking or directly from your mobile phone:

Enrollment within Online Banking –

  1. This option is only available for text banking and mobile web browser.
  2. Log in to your Online Banking account from your computer.
  3. Click on Mobile Management from the Manage Account section of the User Services Tab.
  4. Select Add Phone and indicate which mobile banking options you want to enroll in: Text Banking or Mobile Banking (provides access to mobile web browser only). If you are enrolling for Text Banking, you will receive an activation code that is needed.
  5. An automated text will be sent to your mobile phone; follow the instructions to complete the enrollment process.

Enrollment from your mobile phone –

  1. This option is only available for mobile app and mobile web browser.
  2. If you have an Apple® or Android® phone, go to the App Store or Google Play and download the BSNB Mobile Banking App or go to using your mobile phone.
  3. Log in using your Online Banking credentials.
  4. Enter your phone number to enroll.
