Assistance for Small Businesses - Paycheck Protection Program

The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) was designed to provide small businesses with the resources they need to maintain payroll and cover applicable overhead during the COVID-19 pandemic. Funding for new PPP loans has been depleted and BSNB can no longer accept applications. If you have previously applied and have questions about your application, an existing PPP loan, or loan forgiveness, please visit our Paycheck Protection Page.

Help for financial hardship

To assist customers who are experiencing financial hardship as a result of illness or loss of income related to COVID-19, BSNB is offering payment relief on residential mortgages, auto and personal loans, and home equity lines of credit. Please call our dedicated hotline at 518-363-8421 between 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday, for more information.
